There is never a bad time to update your business portrait but it isn’t as simple as you might think. There are many types of business photos. It really depends on the message you are trying to get across.
There are a lot of variations. For example a photograph of a children’s entertainer is going to be different from a realtor and that will be different again from a photo a lawyer might use.
So before you get your photos think about who you are and what business you are in.
You can be smiling or serious. You can even be laughing. Your photo might look better in colour or in black and white. You can be photographed in front of a dark background or a white background. Or maybe get photographed in your work space or outside.
In fact for many people it makes sense to get a variety of photos to use for different purposes.
